Services

Two disciplines, one point of view.

We advise hospitality operators and invest in a small number of founder-led businesses each year.

01 — Consulting

— Advisory practice

From the first sketch of a concept to the tenth year of operation, we work alongside owners and their teams on the decisions that matter most.

i.

Concept & brand

Concept definition, positioning, naming, visual identity, menu architecture and guest experience design for new openings and relaunches.

ii.

Operations & performance

P&L diagnostics, menu and beverage economics, labour modelling, service standards and turnaround plans for under-performing rooms.

iii.

Expansion

Site strategy, market entry into Monaco, Greece or California, partner and operator searches, franchise and management agreement structuring.

iv.

Real estate & site selection

Location evaluation, landlord negotiation, lease economics and fit-out advisory for hospitality footprints — from pop-ups to flagships.

v.

Beverage & wine programmes

Wine list curation, natural-wine programmes, cocktail menus and bar economics — grounded in sourcing relationships across Europe and California.

vi.

Family & founder advisory

Succession planning, governance, transaction preparation and ongoing board-level counsel for family-owned hospitality groups.

02 — Investment

— Patient capital

We invest a modest amount of our own and partners' capital each year into hospitality businesses we know intimately — always alongside operators who lead from the front.

i.

What we look for

Founder-led restaurants, boutique hotels, beach clubs, members' clubs and beverage brands — typically in or adjacent to Monaco, Greece or California. We value craft, a clear sense of place, a distinctive team and a defensible guest experience over sheer scale.

ii.

How we invest

Minority and co-control positions, usually in primary growth capital, sometimes in founder recapitalisations. Cheque sizes are modest and terms are straightforward. Hold periods are long — we expect to stay through multiple seasons and economic cycles.

iii.

What we bring beyond capital

An operator's playbook — expansion support, financial and menu engineering, brand and creative relationships, property sourcing and a network of chefs, sommeliers and general managers across our three markets.

iv.

What we won't do

We don't take board seats we can't earn, we don't replace founders, and we don't back concepts we wouldn't be proud to eat, drink or stay at ourselves.

How we work

— A short, considered process

I.

Conversation

We meet, in person where possible. We listen more than we talk and we are honest about fit within the first hour.

II.

Diagnosis

A short, focused engagement to understand the business, the team and the opportunity before anything else is committed.

III.

Partnership

Advisory retainer, project engagement, or investment — structured simply, with clear milestones and aligned incentives.
